Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Start your week with a warm vinyasa flow (85–90°F) that’s all about moving with intention, resetting your mind, and finding your groove. Set to a blend of R&B and house music, this class brings together mindful movement and just the right amount of sweat to leave you feeling strong and ready to tackle the week ahead.
All levels welcome—just bring some water and get ready to move.
Essential oils and incense may be used during class.
Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
Flow classes are a great choice for those with previous exposure to yoga. Breath is linked with movement so students can expect a quicker pace compared to our Level 1 & All Levels classes. Some more advanced poses and breathing techniques may be offered.
Mindful Mondays: Slow Flow & Sound Bath
FREE Class
Held the last Monday of each month at 5:30pm at lululemon U-Village
I use crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and bamboo Koshi chimes to create a peaceful atmosphere that brings brain waves down to healing, meditative frequencies. We prepare for the sound bath with gentle, slow flow yoga to ready the body for stillness and to connect with the breath. Then, you are guided into a dream-like state and bathed in soothing sounds.

Yoga for Healing at UW
This free, all-levels gentle yoga class supports students in regaining empowerment and cultivating a sense of wholeness and inner resilience. Through movement, breathwork, and meditation, students work towards a sense of comfort within their physical bodies. Students navigating the effects of stress, abuse, self-harm, disordered eating, grief, depression, or assault are especially encouraged to join this class.
Chakra Flow at UW
This all-levels flow class introduces students to a new chakra every week and allows you to explore the tantric and yogic techniques for stimulating, purifying, and awakening each chakra for a head-to-toe reboot. Through movement, breathing practices, mudras, bandhas, and meditation techniques, you will balance each chakra to find inner strength and peace.
Dynamic Flow at 8 Limbs Yoga
Dynamic Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class with an emphasis on creativity and alignment. Classes are inventive with thoughtful sequences; starting out slow then gaining in pace from pose to pose, challenge to challenge, getting deeper and more demanding as the class flows on (but not too demanding!) This class will provide a full-body workout, and will help you release tension, build strength, and improve balance.

This Vinyasa style flow is intelligently sequenced for all levels. We focus on building strength, flexibility, linking breath with movement, and releasing your mind from the stress of everyday life. Create a deeper connection between mind and body while surrounded by the sounds of R&B, Hip-Hop, and more inspiring beats in Vinyasa style.
Rhythm & Flow at lululemon and at the UW IMA
Rhythm & Flow is a vinyasa yoga class with extra groove. In this intermediate-level practice, you'll flow to vibrant, feel-good rap, alternative R&B, chillwave, chillhop, and neo soul music to provide an outer pulse to your inner rhythm of body, mind, and spirit. Movement is harmonized with breath to promote strength, balance, stability, and mental focus.
